Things I have discovered late in life. Number 1.

30 Rock

I have enjoyed the work of Tina Fey for some time now, mainly because of the SERIOUS IMPACT Mean Girls had (and still has, [the caps lock is very much intended]) on me. Recently, much focus has been put upon her -pew pew- sketches of potential VP of USA Sarah Palin. (I can no longer look Michael Palin in the face, I really hope the two are not related)

BUT as funny as these are, I was inspired to delve deeper into Fey's career (well I didn't delve that deep, I wikipedia'd her ass) and there it was - 30 Rock. It is amazing and clever. On a scale of Friends to Arrested Development, it's about a 9. Every episode is only about 21 minutes long but thats why I like it so much. Short comedies always impress me more- Scrubs, How I Met Your Mother, Arrested Development... it works.

I always arrive late to the party. But it's worth it, having 2 seasons to catch up on :)
